Jonathon Heyward

Mozart, Don Giovanni - Hampstead Garden Opera (November 2015)
“Jonathon Heyward, conducting Musica Poetica London, gives us a taut and highly finished account of the score, and it’s wonderful to see those rarely-included moments back on stage, and working so well”
(Charlotte Valori -

Jonathon Heyward is forging a career as one the most exciting conductors of his generation. Phil and Hilary Hahn through a riveting Disney Hall concert". Following the completion of a three-year tenure as Assistant Conductor of the Hallé Orchestra in July 2019, Jonathon will become the designated Chief Conductor of the Nordwestdeutsche Philharmonie, beginning in January 2021
